Having been passionate about web design and development from a very young age, I have garnered much experience in the field, and have gained many UI/UX‐related skills that allow for me to refine and tailor a smooth and comfortable experience for the end user on the ever-expanding, and as such increasingly complex internet. I am experienced in taking advantage of APIs, and thoroughly enjoy developing with various web technologies such as the indispensable HTML/CSS/JS, as well as modern siblings of theirs such as TypeScript, Node, Vue, Nuxt, Alpine, jQuery etc.

In addition to the above, I must also mention my familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, Windows and Linux systems, GitHub version control and collaboration, and the fact that I am rather knowledgeable in image and video manipulation via software such as Photoshop and Vegas Pro.

Being a highly organised and resourceful individual, I find it easy to remain calm even under pressure, and am always open to new challenges. I am searching for a place within the field of web development or technology in general, but remain open to other challenges that businesses looking to utilize strong interpersonal skills may be seeking to pose.

A personal website I started back in 2016 when I had just begun learning about web design. It has come a long way since then, going through at least 10 unique design iterations.

The website is hand-crafted with ❤ for the static website community surrounding the hosting platform, Neocities.

2024
[JS] Tesqo at Oxford Business College

Short for "Tribal EBS Student Query Operations," this userscript acts as an extension of the Tribal EBS academic database system.

Making extensive use of the Fetch API, Tesqo allows the user to retrieve various data points from multiple student profiles at the same time, which can then be easily processed further afterwards.

One of the benefits of using Tesqo is convenience. Multiple pages' worth of data can be visualized at the same time without the need to constantly open and switch between multiple tabs, and other quality-of-life improvements to the platform are also made possible by the script.

2022

A keybr.com-inspired browser-based game/tool that makes learning the Japanese "kana input" keyboard layout a breeze.

2022
[JS/Node] CardHaste at Oxford Business College

A suite of automation tools that greatly improve the speed with which student cards are created and issued.

2022

A Discord bot that does all sorts of things from searching the web to translation and text decryption.

Side Projects

2022

Third-party controller/interface for the lainon.life web radio and design project.

Heavily inspired by the unmistakable aesthetic of web enigma fauux of Neocities (fauux.neocities.org)

2022

An API wrapper and extension for a custom textboard known as "danger/u/"

It makes use of the official API provided by the creators, and scrapes the other data from the website by making use of the Axios and Cheerio libraries.

2022

A simple browser-based flashcards-type application that helps you learn toki pona, a constructed language comprised of a few dozen words, in a gradual manner. Made for the purpose of experimenting with VueJS.

Inspired by the Japanese kana memorization tool at itazuraneko.neocities.org/learn/kana

2022

A textboard created from scratch alongside a friend of mine in order for the two of us to familiarize ourselves with Node, Express and routing.

2022

Comprehensification of the user-specific key generator used in a relatively popular Minecraft ARG, that also removes the developer-imposed limitations and solves a bug to do with the length of the username.

Work Experience

2022 — 2024
Oxford, England

In my role, I provided technical assistance and served as the primary point of contact for customer and staff inquiries, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution. I effectively leveraged the Student Information System, developing addon-type software solutions to enhance system functionality and improve team workflows. I ensured strict adherence to GDPR regulations while handling sensitive data and worked closely with welfare and safeguarding teams. I also coordinated efforts and resolved conflicts, fostering a supportive and productive environment for all stakeholders.

2020 — 2022
Front End Web Developer at Kraken Ink
Arad, Romania

I worked remotely on a fixed-term contract, where my primary responsibility was maintaining the company website. I not only ensured its smooth operation but also took the initiative to suggest and implement various improvements as needed, keeping the site up-to-date and user-friendly. I also provided additional support with sales data compilation and analysis, which involved the gathering and organising of said data, identifying trends, and offering insights that contributed to more informed business decisions. My role required a blend of technical skills and attention to detail, ensuring both the website's performance and the accuracy of sales data were consistently upheld.
